So we started a new Policy in 2024 for all bracelets and necklaces. if it breaks or stretches out too much then all you have to do is send it back to us you pay for shipping and you just pay five dollars to get it remade. But it has to be all the beads that came with your bracelet or necklace if not, it’ll be a dollar per bead.
